Friday night, cousin Connor spent the night with us while his parents went to a Christmas party. He and Emma have a typical brother/sister relationship (although they're cousins)- they love each other, they just sometimes have trouble showing it. After dinner at Puccini's (upon Connor's request), we headed to our house, where they watched Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas, played with the dogs and with each other. It was such a fun evening, and Connor and Emma were SO proud of themselves for getting along with each other so well. At one point, Emma said to Connor, "You're being like a big brother to me!"

The Next Day...
Saturday morning, we went to Connor's basketball game. Emma had fun playing with Princess Caroline and Matthew Mayhall, and I was impressed with how well Connor's team played- great teamwork!
